How do I make an appointment?

We do not usually accept walk-in's, but you can make an appointment online at our website, by using Tebra or calling us at 718-569-7486, to be able to make an appointment. 

We accept several insurances however there may be out of pocket costs for any medical situations or services not covered by your insurance plan. Please always confirm coverage benefits with your insurance carrier.We are in-network with 1199 SEIU, Cigna, most Emblem Health, Fidelis Care, Healthfirst, MetroPlus

Appointments are made online by using the platform Tebra, or by phone call to the office at 718-569-7486. If you are a reoccurring patient, you will be assigned to a new appointment after your most recent visit, changes can be made based on your availability.  All information on your upcoming appointments can be seen on the patient portal of Tebra.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods, which can be stored in your Tebra account and money will be taken out automatically at the time of your appointments, for efficiency. All transactions are encrypted for your safety. We also accept cash.
